Introduction and Application

This ME 650 series two-part three-segment shut-off valve is a shut-off valve that can achieve two-on or two-bit shut-off action. It is a special pneumatic valve that provides a three-way operation of 0℃, 45℃, 90℃, or 0℃, 90℃, 180℃. It consists of a two-stage pneumatic actuator and a ball or butterfly valve. By changing the piston stroke of the additional cylinder, the actuator and valve rotation angles are stopped at a preset angle (45 ℃ -90 ℃), so the valve flow can be adjusted. This device relies on two solenoid valves to control the flow of the valve. Due to the fast exhaust and throttling functions used in the actuator, the valve opening and closing speeds are slowed down, and the fluid changes in the pipeline are stable.
